The exam is divided into two parts: Real Estate Principles and Practices (consisting of contracts, different types of ownership, financing and pricing the property) and Louisiana Laws and Real Estate Rules and Regulations (covering laws that are unique to our state) Our Manager will be able to provide you with in-depth information and you will have a support system in place in the event you have any questions prior to taking the exam.
