Help

Keeping track of and organizing all of your listings should be easy. This is why we offer My CJBrown - a powerful listing management system. This is feature available to all registered users (need help registering, click here).

The section below details how to use My CJBrown to keep track of your listings and searches. If you have additional questions or comments, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Getting Started

To access My CJBrown , you must be logged in (need help logging in, click here).

Once are logged in, you can get to this section by clicking on the My CJBrown link from the left navigation pane (fig. 1a). If you are not logged in, this will bring you to the sign in page, where you can log in or create a new account.

Overview
My CJBrown:

This section displays any homes that you have listed with us. When you list a home with us, we will update this section for you.

My Tracked Listings

This section holds all of the listings that you have saved (need help saving listings, click here). To view the details for a particular listing, click the address link. To delete a listing, check the box next to the listing that you want to delete, and then click the Delete button (fig. 2b) at the bottom of this page.

To delete a listing, check the box next to the listing that you want to delete, and then click the Delete Checked button (fig. 2b) at the bottom of this page.

My Saved Searches

This section hold all of your saved searches (need help saving searches, click here). To view a saved search, click the title link for the search that you want to see. This will bring you to the results page for that search.

You can also set how often you want to receive an email alert when new listings appear that match your saved search criteria. To do this, select the frequency from the Alert Me Frequency drop down box.

To delete a listing, check the box next to the search that you want to delete, and then click the Delete Checked button (fig. 3b) at the bottom of this page.

This section lets you quickly access your agent. You can set your agent from an agent's profile page (need help searching for agents, click here).
