Missy, a REALTOR with C. J. Brown Realtors has over eighteen years of experience in helping buyers and sellers. Having lived in Baton Rouge for over 38 years, Missy knows the neighborhoods well and also covers many other surrounding parishes. Her previous work experience in the legal field is very useful in dealing with the many facets of real estate contracts. Missy has successfully helped over 500 families get settled into new homes!
A member of the Junior League of Baton Rouge, Missy is also active in her subdivision and is a previous board member of the Magnolia Woods Civic Association. She and her family are members of the St. Jude Catholic parish. Missy is married and has two children. LSU is her alma mater.
Missy has served as the Chairperson of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors Multiple Listing User Committee and has participated on that committee for several years. She has also served as Education Chairperson and Membership Chairperson for the Louisiana Chapter of CRS (Council of Residential Specialists). She is also serving a second two-year term as a Board of Director for the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors.

The Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors honored Missy in 2007 for being voted
"Most Cooperative Realtor," the Louisiana Chapter Council of Residential Specialists voted her
"CRS of the Year" in 2009, and she has been a member of her own company's
"Latter & Blum Top of the Latter" multiple years.
